Breakfast at Lulu's is not to be missed. This dog friendly, mostly outdoor restaurant will please any palate with their full menu offered at all times. |
Lunch |
If you have cause to head over to the Valley for an afternoon, you have to check out the Pita Kitchen. This hole in the wall only takes cash but the Greek food is outstanding. |
Dinner |
Be sure to check out Isla Cantina on the west end of the Sunset Strip. Their food is fabulous and their tequila bar impressive. |

Morning |
Be sure to get in a morning hike at Runyon Canyon in the heart of Hollywood. The views of the city can only be topped by the celebrities you might see working up a sweat. |
Afternoon |
Pick up a rental bike at the Santa Monica Pier and get to exploring. Head north for the quiet of the Palisades or head south to take in the eccentricity of Venice Beach. |
Evening |
Head up to Griffith Observatory in time to watch the sun set over the city. Then stay and explore the museum. It's free and open until 10pm. |
